I did that with a worthless ticker before. You can write it off on your taxes then. I own a gray (expert) market ticker right now. There isn't a bid and ask, but I have been unloading my shares at a profit, so it's been working out OK for me.
As much as I would like this ticker to move up and be current soon, I don't think it will go any where from here nor will the ceo care about it as he has been past years. Adtm had nothing with it to forward. Just pump and ...nothing.
