To be totally honest, I don't believe ADTM is going to end up on the gray market, and even if that were to happen, it wouldn't happen until that September 28th deadline.
The way I understand this June 30th date is, that's the date that OTC Markets wants "Pink No Information" companies that plan on getting current to have the required disclosure submitted by, but I don't think it's actually required that they have to have it submitted by that date, even if they do plan on getting current by that September 28th deadline.
As far as I know companies that get put on the gray market can still be traded, but that's a whole different market and I have know idea how it works.
I actually have a small position of ABVG shares in my account, and I actually think I received them years ago from a forward split. They got placed on the gray market, but before they did it was trading around .0015 and now it shows it trading between .0003 and .0006 It shows trading volume everyday, but no bid and ask price. I tried placing a sell order, but it gets rejected, although they're worthless to me anyway.
I use TD Ameritrade and I think I'm just going to call them someday, and see if they can just remove that garbage from my account, just so I don't have to look at it anymore.
