Vic...the certs will be PAVC shares after the ratio and the 200:1 R/S. Since they will still be restricted under rule 144, you will need to contact your broker to see if they will handle a partial restricted sale. I know SOME brokers refuse to handle restricted shares...and that is their choice/right to do so. Your option at that point is either find another broker, or wait til the 2 year 144 rule elapses and have the restricted legend removed on your own. THEN send the cert to your broker and they will handle them as free trade shares. A pain in the arse for sure.
