People selling shares is not the same as dilution, which is the company issuing shares.

We can all see that people are selling shares -- and, fwiw, there is an equal number of people buying shares.

And as I posted, it must be the case that someone over the years acquired a boatload of shares that they are willing to sell in this 5 to 7 range. I sincerely doubt that a financier held onto MIKP shares for all these years. In my experience, they don't like to tie up their capital for very long at all. They buy at 40% or higher discount and sell right away. And I would be surprised if an insider was able to get around Rule 144 with MIKP flying the jolly roger. But there are plenty of people who buy up 0001s in anticipation of selling them at 500 percent gains several years later.

Just a hunch.
