You may end up being right about "the pop in the fall", but I'm believing that we're going to get a pop BEFORE fall. Then it might well sell off again in later summer like this last pop did.

MM's don't want to wait until FALL to make money on their money. Why not make DOUBLE UP, and DOUBLE back DOWN before snow flies instead of just a SINGLE?
