From the PR in March they got rid of all the debt.

From the quarterly filings for the period ending March 31st 2021, filed on 5/18/21 the filings show all the debt still there and in default as of March 31st. Nothing in the subsequent events mentions the debt extinguishment. How do you reconcile this? Did the debt deal fall through?

Just curious if I am missing something.
