This is interesting no one really knows if we just paid this with treasury shares or did we just dilute about 10% ?

I wish this was spelled out clearly

Based on the trading this morning, everyone thinks these are dilutive shares. Everyone selling so far, myself included (partially). This will be an opportunity to purchase at reduced SP.
