He would not have a leg to stand in front of a judge determining custody. He allowed the corporation to be delisted, moved the domicile from Delaware to North Carolina without an announcement to shareholders, created a new class of preferred shares while delisted, and probably a few other things we haven't caught yet. These moves have completely violated his fiduciary responsibility, and he would be judged to be malfeasant.

Actually, that is putting the cart before the horse. Our side has a war on their hands at this trial. Cox has a real lawyer, not the chuckleheads we saw at the Comcast hearings. The jury looks like they raided a grocery store or grabbed a bunch of soccer mom's. There are 8 women and one old guy in the jury pool, not real impressive. Whitman has his work cut out for him in this one. Any talk of collecting anything after this trial is very premature. This is going to be a war, and will most likely determine everything. Comcast won't do anything better than the Cox guy looks like he will do against us. This will get settled most likely for good next week.
