It doesn't matter when a company files a late notice. It depends on when it was due and that wasn't on the 17th like Anderson states, but on the 15th.
So, the Q1 needs to be filed today. But OTC Markets will most likely allow them a grace period to get it in this week before they drop it to Limited Info on Monday.
