And as I said the case was not about impressing the judge it was about the law.
George performance was subpar - much like the ones he did on HUMBL CONFERENCE CALLS. And plenty of complaints from shareholders they didn’t want George around. He thinks he can wing it with his comments but I think he is finding out that may be fine on Twitter (or maybe not) but not so much in a court room zoom when he ended up backpedaling on a number of things he blurted out.

George has since resigned.

And I suspect now he sees the danger of tweeting when some were entered in as evidence.
