Twitter is good NOW at suspending fake accounts but it usually takes a few months for them in their larger purge efforts,unless their algorithms pick up on the blatant and easy ones to catch.

Why did George resign? Perhaps to focus on his other RMs, since we know he has several other projects ongoing. If resigning from a board is to be seen as a sign of incompetence (suggested), then we would be seeing hundreds of cases of incompetence daily. Instead what we see are people who resign and move on to bigger and better things because of different interests, sometimes even family issues that call them back to their foundation.
