Jax!!! I Talked to Ron S. former CEO
Few major points. He is still a shareholder though I do not know if he still owns the 39 million shares he once did.
New management has totally redirected focus from Retail to payment systems and other areas that should produce growing and consistant revenue. He said he is happy with decisions and results so far.

I asked about the 22% share buyback if it was truly a buyback or share cancellation. It was real and has for most part already happened.
In 2011 Readen Holding issued 100 million shares to 14 individuals to acquire Readen Industries. Several got 19 mil, 8 got 5 mil and a few got 1 mil. Since then, several others have got major share positions most notably Boysen LTD with 70 million shares.
The buyback was from 6-7 individuals. However, there was several deals over the past years that did not go as planned and they are still trying to cancel/clawback those shares. He said that is up to the lawyers to figure out.
Most important to me is that as of Latest Statement, 9/30/20 the public Float of shares is still only 23,786,422 shares and still no word from Hamp who owned 3 million of them....

Wow, great information CoodB. Maybe this thing is turning into a real company! Cleaning up there share structure and increasing revenue. Hope all is well with Hamp. Not like him to be silent, especially in light of the latest developments.
