RXMD thanks Rio. I’m still confused on why the S-1 is waiting on the quarterly. I would think the audited annuals would have been sufficient. Did Armen say or echo what was mentioned on the call yesterday regarding what is left now (once the quarterly is updated) before SEC approves?

It’s been over six months now since they filed the S-1. I think everyone is getting antsy now. Price is beginning to reflect as such.

Per the conference call, the S1 is waiting for clarification on how Rxmd will raise funds, unless I misheard the conference call.

Jay also responded the question about a M+A by stating they are always seeking out potential mergers or acquisitions
