Ya I was and am confused. He said to file the S1 you just need one set of fins. audited annual or Q1. I got the impression Q1 fit the timeline better? Just need to update the fins to what they reported on Q1 It doesn't make sense. Like I said it was a messy call driving down the road. We are waiting on something and I don't think its RXMD. JMO
