lol exactly. i don't know of a single ceo of a company that personally takes part in legal proceedings against the company they run, unless they are deposed. this was a hearing. it is entirely acceptable for the company to have the controller of the company appear as the corporate representative. and she was very good. very believable. a former deloitte auditor, which gives her a ton of credibility. she was very professional.
