If their testimony is needed they will be there? Are you aware of the time zone differences in Hong Kong where the CEO resides? Did George’s lawyer request they br there on the zoom call? Why were some expecting him to be on that zoom call when he hired attorneys to deal with the problem? Clearly some are not familiar on how these custodianship cases work.
