For the first time in six years they have the financials out, so I am hopeful they will hire a ceo that can accomplish something. They have a nice clean empty shell, perfect for a merger

I doubt there is any dumping from company insiders as the share structure has not changed in a long time, and even if they do/could sell all the unrestricted it would crash the price to 0001
