Based on the resounding quiet, year after year now, yours is the most probable scenario; unfortunately. VT has some options open to him, however. Some that could even involve someone or entity, relieving him of this "burden". The way he's behaving though, you would think the company's shareholders, are his sworn enemy; excluding Peabody et al, of course. I remember him lamenting years ago, about the fact he had a half million, or so, tied-up in Wialan. He conveniently forgets that a lot of others now have they $$$ "stuck" in this entity, as well. Just a tad of fiduciary concern, MIGHT go a long way towards satisfying everyone's situation...but that's generally a foreign or forgotten term - in the Pinks.
