But yes, they're definitely trying to prop up the price, like when they posted a news release about how great the quarter was while trying to bury the 10-Q.

I don't mind because my shares go up - but the real reason to prop a price is because they want to borrow. It would be great to expand a business without selling shares, but when the company is losing money, I don't see how that's possible.

They currently have 80MM in debt, which is high but the company does have two profitable and proven models that desperately need to be replicated. I believe they have a couple of deals they're working on and these things do take time. Probably a press release will come outlining the expansion and how they plan to fund it (private placement), which will drop the price temporarily until the new locations come online.

With US legislation literally right around the corner, like the banking bill, maybe they're dragging their feet to see if it gets approved so they can take a line of credit.
