You left out: "...under contract / under license..." I'd have to question who is paying the contract now? Seeing as Former-bioamber isn't paying anyone without someone to sign the cheques and also noting, as it's public knowledge, who *now* owns the patents / IP / trademarks / trade name / etc... "court approved" - rubber stamped & signed off. But then again, LCYB has negotiated their own contracts on their own terms... Unfortunate for Former:bioaq.
No. All wrong. The assets that were sold are evolving with the new buyer. Thats life. Bioamber was liquidated, and prior to that everyone resigned. It owns nothing, has no board and no employees.
