I see forward progress. BioAmber is evolving. When Oil was cheap it was cost effective to use petroleum. Times have changed BioAmbers technology is now much more sought after. BioAmber started this revolution and has been a huge part of setting up distribution and toll manufacturing all over the world . Biowin has showed proof of what has transpired historically with several different companies . We have seem factually that BioSuccinic acid was produced outside of Sarnia and used for supplying BioAmber customers . Having the same position since day one while things are happening that proves your position is wrong just proves the fact certain people have an agenda and don’t care about actual events that have occurred and still occur. Dead company’s don’t evolve . I know this isn’t over so I wait patiently for what I know will happen next . Regardless what is said this isn’t over. We are still waiting on a judges signature to end the civil case. That’s just 1 of several items that still needs closure. BioSuccinic Acid production increased while Sarnia wasn’t producing and we are to believe that BioAmber didn’t coordinate keeping the distribution flowing to care of their responsibilities of fulfillment of customers contractual needs .
