Don't tell Koog I said this, butt the current AMD CPU architecture generation is better than Intel's - so INTC cannot blame it all on process development and low yields.

This is why AMD's Epyc series is being used for the latest Cray super, Perlmutter (aka NERSC-9) at LBL along with a Buncha (that is an SI unit) nVidia GPUs (for offloading of vectorizeable code).
