I think his lack of activity lately tells me he's waiting for NASD before releasing updates.

If an R/S does happen, I hope it just happens with NASD uplist the next day. He doesn't need to tell us what the ratio is, and all that will do is scare people out, so just do it and get us on the NASD.

We'll see what happens but he's definitely been quiet.
