Another lie: Greg Halpern's bankruptcy was converted to Chapter 7 in February, 2021

We already know that Greg Halpern owes Google $820,000. Since Greg Halpern is hiding his money, he won't be able to pay Google what he owes, so his controlling interest in MAXD will probably be liquidated.

What do you think happens to MAXD & MAXD's shareholders if Google is awarded preferred shares which have 65% voting rights over MAXD?

Do you really think Google is going to keep promising to sue itself for billions of dollars?
