SEBS is in the realm of the OTC Market. FINRA provides the regulation.

Once Xu files paperwork like the List of shareholders and some other not so significant data which should be done at most next week. the OTC will give a Limited status and SBES will have to submit the Attorneys letter before SBES gets current. Hopefully in 3-4 weeks.

What worry me is those new 250 M shares issued days ago. If they hit the market now it could be devastating also patience has worn out with current shareholders.
