An NT 10-Q will be filed by PCT either today or tomorrow.

Despite the BS alluded to here.

Is ext 15 days for 10k, 5 for 10Q?

Or can an extension notice filed for a 10Q also give 15 days?

I knew this at one point, but have forgotten. I do recall that in some circumstances it is 5 days and in others 15 days, but I do not recall what those different circumstances were?

I also seem to recall that that these extensions are calendar days, not market days.

If anyone knows the above for certain, I'd appreciate you sharing, maybe a link too if you have it.

Note: As to PCTL specifically, I imagine that if they knew for certain an extension would be necessary they likely would have already filed that NT notice, friday, this morning. This is a guess on my part, but it seems to me that since they have not yet filed the extension request, maybe they are working hard at getting it done, and still believe they might before the deadline later today after market hours. It also seems logical that they think they can get it done today, since they chose today as the start day for the new CFO, and it would make sense they wanted him to start with a clean filing slate if possible, after this 1st qrtr 10Q is filed. Time will tell, but if there is an extension notice filed, I'm not concerned, for there is a lot going on and the filing may be a complicated one.
