PCTL really has no reason to wait if filing NT 10Q.

They filed the NT 10K well ahead of the deadline. If it's filed then it was necessary. And BTW it's (NT10Q) due tomorrow.

I'm certain that PCTL is well aware of the SEC's filing requirements and will abide by them. i.e. NT allows 5 additional days making the 10Q due on Monday 5/24/2021.

Despite the BS alluded to here.
