If they are Auditing now, that means the Filings are done and are being reviewed, then peer-reviewed. For the periods that are late, it should be quick as the Filings should be very thin as operations were close to Nil.
I read some of it... he said he heard that Hall & Company was supposedly just hired. Hall and Company has been Cerebains Auditors for a couple of years already.
