No not even (a crooked attorney as was referenced) can clear any stock until holding period & other regs/rules have been met. There's NOT a damn clearing house around who would pass it through compliance as they are now heavily monitored by the SEC ;-)

I know lawyers who can get the Hold off in as little as 3 ,4 months.
