That’s exactly right. JANE, Citadel and other MM pricks have been punishing the otc since February, probably looking for their pound of flesh since the GME debacle. They have so many politicians in their back pocket that sec will turn the other way to continue this blatant illegal nonsense. CSLI and other good legitimate otc will just have to fight harder and do more to instill investor confidence.
You would think with Todays Technology There would be computer software capable to detect and provide security against such Conduct, and Automatically block the activity from executing, until getting approval by appropriate securities oversite Governance Agents.
Of course there is such things available, But, Capitalism doesn't favor fair practices
