I believe the "returning the favor" quip is referencing allowing us to vote. To participate. Nothing more.

I might think including a forward leaning statement such as this, where stockholders could assume
BIG NEWS is around the bend, is in violation of SEC governing rules on how a company imparts information to shareholders?

It says that for every company I got proxy from to vote.....nothing to look into here.....I just checked when I opened my Pinterest proxy. Lets hope they do come out with something before the meeting.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news brother, but there is NO significance or relevance of that statement to the respective stock being voted on.

It is merely a statement provided by the voting providers website, in this case, as in most, which is ProxyVote.

I have received multiple voting proxy’s, via ProxyVote, in which ALL of them has had that statement attached.

If you don't see this as a coming major announcement for shareholders either at or before the meeting, you are completely blind!
