Stock exchanges have minimum market caps and minimum PPS requirements. They are one in the same. An R/S won't change the market cap.

GRLT commons get no vote in corporatize actions. Greg holds super voting preferred.

GRLT is a very long way from up-listing to an exchange. GRLT doesn't even audit the financials, nor is it an SEC registrant. Need two years of audited financials and a Form 10 to become an SEC registrant again. That's not going to happen anytime soon.
