DBOT, "Is there any chance for leronlimab with NP as CEO in your opinion? " - I'm mixed with this and still give NP the benefit of the doubt. I, like yourself and HH don't like to be lied. On the flipside there are a ton of things we aren't privy to that is going on behind the scenes. For myself, I'd like to 'hopefully' see something next week (remember NP where's his heart on his sleeve and need to use his timeline!). I posted my own theory that they would wait until the vulture lawyers stop posting the BS claims after the 17th to drown out any PRs to DROP a revenue PR. I am expecting a material event SEC file (posted guidelines a few posts ago) as we are a non rev company but potentially they may not. Ultimately the company decides using the SEC guidelines what is considered material.

There are wildcards still in the air like Canada IO, India EUA, Philippines DEU and a stat sig on LH PH2. I am leaning on a BO, partnership, some license deal but this may only happen once we get an official nod.

IMO and my opinion only we will get 'something' before August. I know NP and team are WELL aware of the SH meeting.

It's not traditional to change a quarterback when your 1 and zone during the championship game. Everyone knows that. But then again CYDY isn't a traditional drug company..

Why? Because you wanted a PR for a PO? Who knows how that plays out. Was it last week? Maybe next week..? Maybe it’s Sunday?!? Wait that’s still this week right? Yeah wait technically it is! I dunno. This is why NASDAQ is so important. Institutional investors and seasoned long investors don’t play small ball. Yeah Nader spews but it’s just who he is. Investors need to stop hanging on every little detail.

While NP would like things to go a certain way, he is NOT currently running the universe. In spite of leronlimab's success in the Philippines, Cytodyn now must wait for a bureaucracy that appears to lose races to slow snails.
Cito Beltran, a broadcasting personality, penned an editorial on the woes of the Philippine FDA. Their FDA has an accumulation of stuff to deal with going back to 2013. Unless there is some heavy pressure from "on high" don't expect a speedy response.

Cito posted this editorial May 14, 2021, I think it was entitled "Criminal Delays."

While this is, to put it mildly, rather disappointing, I think the Philippine "experience" has served to be an "objective Proving Ground!"

If there were any doubts about the efficacy of leronlimab, they are now totally gone. No one from the US was involved, no "fiddling with the outcomes, doctoring results and/ or that kind of BS." LERONLIMAB clearly works and is demonstrating it on a WORLD STAGE.

Whether the Filipinos get their act together to do an EUA this century is anybody's guess. I hope for their sake they do, but now the Leronlimab genie is "out of the bottle." It appears MacLeod's took notice, and others will as well.
