He most likely had a limited supply of money when he hired the auditor to get the company where it is today and must likely couldn't afford one of the larger corporations to do it for him I'm sure after this auditor is done that will change as money is starting to flow now Remember he had to borrow money from shareholders etc to get to this point in time and no longer the case today but when he was hired it was in difficult times GO PHIL $$$$
