It is insane isn't it?
What makes the OTC so great for traders is the fact that it doesn't matter if a company is profitable, or even making money. You can make money on a stock that has a good story, despite losing millions of dollars, or having millions in notes payable.
Unfortunately, it also means that companies that have no notes, are profitable and are generating significant revenue, don't really matter.
You'd think that a fundamentally sound company on the OTC would be a company everyone would want to own, but, it's "boring".
Eventually we'll be trading on NASD where institutions will purchase shares and hold us in higher regard.
