I believe we get 10q by Monday latest, since new accounting firm regulatory filings have been on time and having consultants who specialize in uplisting doubtful they want to be late [unless critical reasons determine otherwise]. We may get a vague timeline. As they have recently reiterated they are in a 'quiet period' so don't see them saying anything relating to the trial. They might say journal "in process" but not expecting any further details. I have asked them about financing going forward in the absence of no raising of the shelf so hopefully they answer but not holding my breath.

troc, I have a feeling that LP is going to own the 2021 ASCO all by herself: TLD details and an ASCO journal pub on the same day, followed by Merck's signal on the 7th of June. At ASM, the maximum she might reveal is some sign of how good the TLD is, imo; she likes to keep the naked shorts in dark that she will blind them till ASCO and bomb them on that one fine day, imo. Swing traders, day traders beware that she could change her course of action differently, imo!
