I sent a little money to both Airys and HOG for the trip through their Paypal addresses, which revealed their actual names. Aside from that, I know for a fact they are who they claim to be and I have spoken by phone at length with Airys a few times. They are both upstanding guys who obviously hope and believe this company can survive through the regulatory investigations and go on to be profitable. FYI, I share that hope as long as those who committed any criminal acts or securities fraud are not allowed to manage the company. Airys made a great effort to get as much information from the company as possible to keep other shareholders apprised of the current situation. I am certain his motives were pure. However, I believe that this action during a time when the company is "gagged" by its own attorneys from releasing information, even through public release, put Airys in legal jeopardy of being investigated for insider trading and the company at risk for further charges, thought I don't feel Airys was "guilty" of any deliberate misdeed, but rather that the company was indiscretionately and foolishly releasing information while under "gag".
That being said, these guys are who they say they are, no doubt about it.
