I will say this, management has many weaknesses, among other things. But the good news is the company is at the stage that plays to their strengths.

LP and LG as a team are very good at deal making and structure, at least at the enterprise level. In fact, that’s why Toucan owns such a large share of NWBO to begin with, and at minimal investment.

So as the company enters the deal stage for a buyout or JV, I actually believe that Toucan and shareholders are mostly - albeit not entirely — aligned and in good hands.
