Looks to me that PLYN has been financed with a convertible debenture as the stock gets lower as the volume increases.

Convertible debentures are commonly done with a 15% VWAP discount; meaning that the convertible debenture holder can buy the stock from the company (free trading) for a 15% discount on the last 5 days average VWAP trading price.

No risk for the CD holder so he sells , sells and sells again always making money as the stock plunges in value.

Its a s downward spiral that cannot be stopped.

The only question is: did the insiders know this would happen or were they duped?

PLYN is a complete mess at this point.
