Link to proof of cease and desist letter to Canadian short seller as asserted. Of course there won't be any link because the assertion is false.

This alleged cease and desist letter was offered as proof that erhc was feeling emboldened and suddenly going after short sellers in Canada, and that things were looking up for erhc.

Unfortunately, there was no letter. Just like the last time a similar false assertion about a cease and desist letter to me was proven to be false. Coming from erhe's largest shareholder, such false claims are particularly concerning, proving how desperate the stuck erhe longs truly are.

Are PN & SO fiercely defending ERHE against the SEC revocation action? It’s been about a month since the request for summary judgment was made. Did PN find time between his $66 per hour personal training gigs to write another stellar response letter? Hope he remembers to put at least put the company address and contact info on this one
