Link to proof of cease and desist letter to Canadian short seller as asserted. Of course there won't be any link because the assertion is false.

This alleged cease and desist letter was offered as proof that erhc was feeling emboldened and suddenly going after short sellers in Canada, and that things were looking up for erhc.

Unfortunately, there was no letter. Just like the last time a similar false assertion about a cease and desist letter to me was proven to be false. Coming from erhe's largest shareholder, such false claims are particularly concerning, proving how desperate the stuck erhe longs truly are.
