MVNT is in the queue. Just waiting in line with many other companies.

As far as time delays on the OTCM goes, I believe things will only get worse from now until the new SEC Rule goes into effect on Sept. 28.

So I've moved past about the concern for becoming "current". I'm now thinking and worried about what might happen if MVNT does or doesn't turn in their Q3 report on time.

Here's what I'm thinking.
Scenario #1: MVNT turns in their report to OTCM on time, that is by May 17 (Monday). How fast will OTCM be able to process that report and post it on MVNT's OTCM website? Hopefully, even if it takes a few days for OTCM to post the report, they will not change MVNT's tier back to "limited".

Scenario #2: MVNT files for an extension (NT filing). That will give MVNT an additional 5 days from the due date to file without a penalty. Again, how long will it take OTCM to process and post that report?

Scenario #3: Don't really want to think about this one, but suppose MVNT does not file on time and does not file an NT extension? Like I said, I don't want to think about this happening because I think it is EXTREMELY unlikely. I'm more than 99% certain that MVNT will either file on time or within their 5-day extension period. I just list this to cover all possibilities.

All it takes is one MM to contact the reviewer for the case and ask for an extra day. If you don’t think that happens, then you’re giving them way more credit than I am. Hope it’s current tonight at 1:15am l. The OTCmarkets are not federally regulated
