No, MM's just knew when it will happen so they traded accordinly and preyed on the impatience of the OTC trader.

OTC is taking a long time across the board, they are doing more with the same level of incompetence and staffing.

Tomorrow should be the day, but of course possible to drags to Monday, but past 2 days they have been processing Attorney letters from the 6th and 7th
