The T/A only updates RGBP's O/S every-other-week on OTCmarkets. If you call them, they'll tell you this same thing. I call them every couple of days to check in on the O/S.
Dilution has been winding down. We just don't know how much longer it'll take for all those conversions to hit. It was around 30 million to 50 million a day there for awhile.
