The CE actually has no implications in closing out LOI unless it was written into LOI. Either Jimmy has the $$$ or he doesn’t. What could occur is another 8k with extension and one would assume that isn’t good news. Another option is restructuring of LOI between party’s. It could also be if Jimmy cannot come to the table with full deck of cards Lemon Glow takes earnest money and walks away and finds another suitor. Outside interest party’s now know what Lemon Grow will accept.
