Anticipating Jimmy update thurs/fri..Hope for goodness sake the CE is not an issue to close deal..$18.6m out of $24m payment is equity, the rest is cash..as a Lemon Glow huge sgmd equity holder, i'd be a tad uneasy going into upcoming Sept SEC caveat emptor stock trading restrictions deadline.

Flip side, imagine if Jimmy gets the CE removed and closes a substanative Lemon Glow LOI...WOWZA.
