This PR is basically putting you on notice that TLD will not be a topic at ASM in any shape or form.

I mean, yeh...but if you weren't already of that opinion then you really haven't been paying attention. I don't think anybody has expected TLD updates at ASM or ASCO since the schedules were released. TLD July 16 earliest. So what?

yup. TLD isn't coming anytime soon. nor is a publication. that oct 5th PR is no different than the other BS that LP has attempted to feed investors in the past. I suspect anytime the company opens their mouth, it is to allow an interested party to sell into. They are fumbling through regulatory approval process now and we will not hear anything until those approvals come in. Still bullish but place no faith in anything management says
