Honestly, I feel like this update is to quell questions on the phase 3 trial at shareholders meeting. Hopefully a buyout is what is taking this process so long.

The market is supposedly a 6-mo predictor. So perhaps with this announcement, we'll start seeing SP appreciation ahead of TLD, based on expectations of trial success and Q3 revenue.
