It will be based on the assets, revenues, etc... of the entity/entities that are spun off into the new company. Henry did say he will only spin it off when it holds value to its shareholders. So, if he holds to his words, there may or may not be a delay, but there will be value when the dividend is awarded.

I wouldn't count on the dividend yet as Henry still hadn't paid the dividend from 2012. Im basically just counting on the phil stock hitting .25 and higher this summer.
