The Ameritek one is bizarre since they had the form 15 filed, and seem to be current with OTC Markets. Almost seems like an error if that is even possible

Yep like I said, it is a first and if this holds up this will be toxic for the space. There is Many many dozens of stocks out there with an active form15 on the files, if you can't hold them anymore it won't be pretty. As much as I hope, I don't think they would make such a "mistake". Something is off here.
